Return Policy iSatori

If you purchased online, return the product with the remaining portion and valid proof of purchase within 60 days of purchase.
 

(1) Contact customer service to receive a Credit Returns Authorization (CRA) number.

(a) Go to http://www.isatori.com/Contact/Default.aspx and click "Send Message". 
(b) Call 1-866-688-7679.

 

(2) Complete the form on the back of the invoice and enclose it with your return. Please attach original proof of purchase. Returns will not be approved without a CRA number and original proof of purchase (i.e. receipt).

 

(3) Retain a copy of the packing slip/invoice for your own records (until you receive your refund or replacement).

 

(4) Securely repack your item(s) in the original packaging materials and box if possible. Remember to include all product(s) and this form. For your protection, you may want to return (ship) the package insured via UPS or regular USPS Mail.

 

(5) Ship all returns to: iSatori, Inc., C/O Returns Dept., 15000 W. 6th Ave., Ste. 202, Golden, CO 80401-5047,USA

 

(6) Upon receipt of your package, we will notify you via e-mail or phone that the return has been processed.
