These pumpkin protein bites are an easy snack to take on the go. They are great for the fall or holiday season as a treat that won’t break the belt!
- 1.5 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp. honey
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 scoop iSatori vanilla Bio-Whey
- Pinch of salt
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. (You can also use a food processor to mix).
- With the mixture combined, form small balls. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cover in a Tupperware container and store in the fridge for over a week. Enjoy!
