Often during shipping, the scooper will settle to the bottom of the container. Simply search through the powder with a spoon, knife, or the like until you find the scooper. If you still can't find it, please give us a call or email us, and we'll be sure to send you a replacement.
"Eating" the granules without dissolving them first will hinder the absorption rate. So it's preferable to add more water to your glass until the granules are dissolved, and then drink the liquid. In the future, just add more water and/or use a larger container to make sure the supplement completely dissolves.
