If you purchased direct through iSatori, online (at iSatori.com) or over the phone (1.866.688.7679 or 303.215.9174), return the product with the remaining portion and valid proof of purchase and follow the three simple steps below to ensure a timely product refund,(shipping and handling not included). Refunds are issued on first-time purchases only. If you purchased from someone other than iSatori, you will need to contact your original place of purchase and follow their return policy requirements. (Customer is responsible for return shipping).
1) Contact Customer Service to receive a Credit Returns Authorization (CRA) number. You can contact us by Clicking Here or calling 1.866.688.7679 (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., CST).
2) Complete the form on the back of the invoice and enclose it with your return. Please attach original proof of purchase. Returns will not be approved without a CRA number and original proof of purchase (i.e. receipt). Please make sure you retain a copy of the packing slip/invoice for your own records (until you receive your refund or replacement).
3) Securely repack your item(s) in the original packaging materials and box (if possible). Remember to include all product(s) and the form on the back of your invoice. For your protection, you may want to return (ship) the package insured via UPS or regular USPS Mail. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Ship all returns to:
