I do not have cheat days anymore, due to my lack of restrictions but make sure that this is on occasional indulgence.
My go to meal is the summer salad from ModMarket; it's made out of mixed greens, ahi tuna, vegetables and a tasty lemon vinaigrette.
My guilty pleasure is margherita pizza.
What is your inspiration and what has been your biggest achievement?
My source of inspiration is to feel healthy at an older age.
My biggest achievement has been opening up my own gym, and not only surviving a pandemic, but thriving in one.
Siera's PERFORMANCE & RECOVERY Stack
"Performance and recovery are two highest priorities for any individual who has an active lifestyle. To push beyond my own boundaries, a pre-workout as MORPH X5 delivers the essentials I need to add that extra set or extra weight in my daily workout routines. Without some type of progressive overload there’s no growth and so MORPH X5 has not only the caffeine that mentally awakens me but additionally has a blend of creatine for extra strength, betaine for extra performance and citrulline for better blood flow.
But the work isn’t done at the gym, it only begins there. That’s why I drink throughout the day, particularly after my workouts AMINO-GRO. With only 30 calories per serving I can drink it and not worry about adding extra calories to my daily nutrition. As I move a lot throughout my day, I don’t always have time to eat, so I drink AMINO-GRO in between meals to ensure optimal recovery and no muscle loss."
