Overnight Protein Oatmeal RecipeThis is a high protein oatmeal recipe that is great tasting, and easy to make for breakfast or snack.
- 1 scoop iSatori 100% BIO-ACTIVE WHEY
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 scoop iSatori BIO-GRO unflavored
- 1/2 cup berries ( optional )
- Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together
- Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight
- In the morning, take out of the refrigerator, and enjoy.
