This is a high protein oatmeal recipe that is great tasting, and easy to make for breakfast or snack.

Recipe Ingredients:


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together
  2. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight
  3. In the morning, take out of the refrigerator, and enjoy.
